Kaleb Dyer, WR/DB

Class of 2029

Kaleb has been training with me consistently since 2024. He was one of the first athletes to commit to the program—and he’s never let up.

All business.

From day one, Kaleb showed a level of dependability that’s rare at any age. He has shown up to more workouts than anyone his age I’ve ever coached. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just steady work.

His growth has been undeniable.

We’ve built his foundation through structured strength training and detailed positional development at both wide receiver and defensive back. Route precision. Release mechanics. Footwork. Field IQ. Body control. Every layer has improved. He’s becoming a true WR1.

But what’s just as impressive is who he’s becoming off the field.

I watched him grow from a quiet 6th grader who barely spoke and never took off his Miami Dolphins flat brim, into a confident, comfortable young man who carries himself with presence. As a middle school player, Kaleb received the Coach’s Award and was selected as an All Star for the SMYFL Mountain Division. He consistently maintains honor roll status while taking advanced math and science courses, demonstrating the focus, time management, and personal responsibility that define him as both a student and an athlete. Kaleb plans to play college football, and that kind of long-term vision says everything about his mindset.

Now heading into his sophomore year, he’ll be training with me all summer with one goal in mind: making an impact on varsity. And if his trajectory continues the way it has? It won’t be a matter of if. Only when.
