Dominic Stellar, qb
Class of 2029
Dom was one of the early members of the program and from day one, he never said no to a challenge.
During his 8th grade season at Gorham Middle School, he had to step into the starting quarterback role earlier than most would ever be ready for. The game moves fast at that level. The pressure moves even faster. But Dom didn’t flinch.
He stepped up because his team needed him. And he never quit on them.
During summer 2024, Dom showed up consistently and pushed himself hard.
We fast-tracked his development—mechanics, footwork, progression reads, field command, leadership. Accelerating a quarterback’s growth like that is one of the most difficult things to do in all of sports.
He handled it.
I put a tremendous amount of responsibility on his plate as a first year QB. He absorbed it, learned from it, and made major strides quickly.
Now, heading into his sophomore year, he’s continuing to build—refining his quarterback development and strengthening his body through structured training.
What stands out most about Dom isn’t just his toughness. It’s his composure.
Cool as can be. Socially steady. Friends with everyone. Never rattled.
Those are quarterback traits. And he’s just getting started.
